1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between Peter Constable Media ("PCM," "we," "us," or "our") and the client ("you" or "client") for photography services. By engaging PCM's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

PCM will provide photography services as described in the agreed-upon proposal or booking confirmation. 3. Booking and Payment

D. In the event of equipment malfunction, or data loss, PCM will make a reasonable attempt to rectify the situation, which may include rescheduling the shoot.

9. Model Release



A. If the shoot involves photographing individuals, a separate model release form will be required.

10. Force Majeure



A. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or illness.

11. Client Responsibilities



A. The client is responsible for arriving on time for the scheduled shoot.


B. The client is responsible for providing accurate information and any necessary permissions for the shoot location.


C. The client is responsible for providing suitable access to any location required for the shoot.

12. Editing Rights



A. PCM retains full artistic control over the editing process.


B. Reasonable client input regarding style and preferences will be considered.

13. Approval Process



A. If an approval process is required, the client will have [Number] days to approve the final edited photos.
